Our goal is to create intelligent players capable of making the best decisions at all times.

Our idea of football in four concepts:

«Technique, Intelligence, Personality, and Speed»

(T) – Perfecting technique through games allows us to develop creative players in every position.
(I) – We shape intelligent players with decision-making power, not robots!
(P) – Effort, sacrifice, versatility, …
(S) – Physical and mental speed; mobility with and without the ball.

Coaches must stimulate and motivate, remain alert and attentive to the needs and behavior of the players. Children should make their own decisions, and coaches should instill confidence by valuing courage and the desire to improve.

The player learns in a holistic context, where all aspects of the game are addressed, developed together (technique, tactics, physical, and psychological), where both the ball and decision-making are present in 100% of the training movements.

Coaches do not offer players «solutions» to problems. It is the players who must solve them individually and collectively; they must guide their teammates toward the solution by asking questions. We propose different real and stimulated situations during training so that the players themselves are the ones to resolve them (guided discovery): we let the children think but without forgetting the goal the coach wants to achieve.

Mistakes should never be considered a failure because when you make a mistake, it means you are progressing.

To train intelligent players, we must analyze problems and ask questions to make the players think, reflect, and seek individual and collective solutions in a creative and original way.

We must teach them to think and have fun while learning.
